An act of disregard, the final

At least once a month Anglia Water Authority has to dredge this stream. It has long been the final curtain for all manner of funa and flora. Some of the losses are of notable species such the bank vole, grass snake, frogs, toads, newts, fish. On the subject of fish; this stream feeds a lake and on one particular ocasion a supposedly empty container of creosote was dumped in the stream. The resulting outcome for the lake was devasting. The residue of creosote that was lwft in the containe was sufficient to form a suffocating film on the surface of the lake resulting in the death of a huge shoal of bream. I could go on, but I’ll just ask the question, WHY?

  1. The same thing occurs around here. One farmer cleaned up a mess of a whole house being dumped on some pristine property on a pond by his farmland (that some indifferent, uncaring person had left).

  2. Yes, i’ve heard about that celebrity. Like with many celebrities, there are a lot of false rumors about him.
