A Haiku Trail

Anna Cottage

Haiku Trail

Mick Talbot

poems  I could not hold
words like shooting stars burning
bright in the darkness
a haiku trail notes
dedicated to Anna
a Cottage of warmth
much I have to say
in my now favourite way
let the whole world in
friendship across time
endures compromises made
a road of freedom
wishing you the best
for this and the coming year
life’ to short enjoy
A big HUG for  you
don’t duck or dive my arms
in their warmth survive
the feelings just flow
like there is no time to do
my heart bleeds red words

You are unique, thank you Sir – I love it and shall keep this. I wish you Mick and your dear Wife everything you wish for yourselves. Lets hope Mick we see some Peace in the World, not just one or two places but everywhere. Wishful thinking of course but we can always hope. Its sunny here but COLD. I could never do the blogs you do, far too clever, mine are silly well just me but mainly Romantic. Enough of this drivel. Many thanks Mick, love to you.

Hey never put your self down! Just come from your eye opening blog, you’ve a lot of sincere stuff there, you say it as you see or feel it, and there’s no silliness in that. Keep the momentum going – Mick
