Mick, it is not always possible to “shake it off”, when you hit that “Black Wall” believe me its hard to fight to get over it.

I know where your coming from. had the ‘why me’ feeling many times in my life, fortunately with help from family, from pre teenage years to the present I’ve survived’ and yes only just on one recent selfish occasion.

Talking of support its time I paid your blog a visit. Its time I treated myself..

Mick you are not being selfish, when “it happens” we cannot help it, you are lucky to have the help and support, it took me until my sixties to finally “open up” get the help. Don’t ever think you are selfish.
